Amea Power commenced construction of Tunisia's 120 MW solar plant, projected to generate 222 GWh annually. It is the company's first operational asset in Tunisia, produced via a $86 million international financing involving IFC and African Development Bank, with commissioning slated for late 2025. The project was finalized through a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) signed with Socit Tunisienne de l'Electricit et du Gaz in June 2021 and ratified in May 2022, ensuring energy supply to over 4,000 households.
