Solar cell prices continue to decline for the third consecutive week, according to a report by OPIS, a Dow Jones company. FOB China prices for Mono PERC and TOPCon M10 cells dropped by up to 2.20% this week. The declines are attributed to widespread price drops in upstream segments and increased production capacity for TOPCon cells. In other news, ground-mounted solar projects in China may not significantly impact demand and prices due to substantial capacity involved. The International SolarEX Istanbul Fair was described as tepid, with unclear manufacturing capacity against a local installation market of around 2 GW per year.
