Nova Clean Energy, a US regional development company under Bluestar Energy Capital, has acquired HyFuel, a portfolio consisting of 1GW wind and solar developments and an early-stage green ammonia project from BNB Renewable Energy. The HyFuels project is located on the Texas Gulf Coast, where demand for renewable energy is rapidly increasing. Nova and BNB have completed environmental surveys, secured grid connection, and ordered long lead-time equipment for the first phase, expected to reach NTP in 2025 and commercial operations in 2026.
