The European Commission has approved 1.4 billion (approx $1.5 billion) for 13 hydrogen projects, under the fourth Important Project of Common Interest (IPCEI), with member states contributing public funding and aiming to unlock private investments. The Hy2Move project will focus on storage solutions, integrating hydrogen technology in mobility, maritime, aviation, high-performance fuel cell technologies for ships and locomotives, fostering cooperation between companies and over 200 indirect partners with a completion target by 203.
